ABOUT SHEPHERDS CARE
Shepherds Care exists to refresh, restore, and renew pastors and their families through gospel-centered rest, fellowship, and care.
We believe that faithful shepherds who pour out their lives for the flock also need moments to rest in the Lord, reflect on His goodness, and be renewed for the work ahead. Our mission is to serve those who serve Christ by providing safe spaces for soul rest, spiritual friendship, and renewal in the gospel.
“And he said to them, ‘Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.’” — Mark 6:31

DO PASTORS REALLY NEED CARE?
OUR CARE
We provide gospel-centered care tailored to the unique needs of pastors and their families.
PREVENTATIVE CARE
Before the Burnout
Providing pastors, couples, or families with intentional time away to rest, reflect, and rejoice in God’s faithfulness. These are times of soul maintenance, helping prevent spiritual exhaustion before it takes root.
Not only do we want to prevent burnout, but to cultivate flourishing pastors who lead from spiritual health, families strengthened in grace, churches alive in gospel joy, and communities radiant with a faithful witness to Christ.
“In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”
— Isaiah 30:15
RESTORATIVE CARE
In the Midst of the Battle
Serving pastors who are weary, burdened, or walking through ministry hardship. Through gospel-centered rest, prayer, and the companionship of other shepherds, they are strengthened to persevere with renewed hope.
“A bruised reed he will not break, and a faintly burning wick he will not quench.” — Isaiah 42:3
REDEMPTIVE CARE
After the Storm
Extending grace and care to pastors and families who have endured deep wounds, whether through burnout, conflict, moral failure, or painful separation from ministry. In partnership with trusted pastors, churches, and biblical counselors, we walk with them toward restoration and healing.
“Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness.”
— Galatians 6:1
